What does summer mean to you?
10 years ago, summer was late nights out with friends, cookouts, riding in the bottoms, and watching the sun come up.....and not because you woke up early.
But our summer nights look somewhat different now than they did 10 years ago......
Summer several years ago above and our summer now.....
Notice a difference????
Those days 10 years ago were awesome, but the NOW is even better!
I didn't believe all those "old" people when they told me life would only get better. I thought they were "old" and crazy! Now we're those "old" and crazy people!
Summer now is still late nights with friends, but with our friends AND our kids! We still have cookouts and hangouts, but usually ending in a early turn in, not a sunrise. We catch lightening bugs, play dress up, and run through bubbles!
I love every minute of it and wouldn't change a thing!
Summer is a time for family, fun, and friendships! I can't wait til the next summer night!
